Our mind is a powerful tool and can make the difference between a “good” and a “bad” day.

Turning a “bad” day into a “good” day is entirely up to us. When things are not turning out the way we want or expect them to, taking a moment, or what I call a mindful minute, to pause, assess, reset and then act, instead of react, can change everything.
