Power Yoga Mondays 19:00-20:00hrs and Thursdays 20:00-21:00hrs

Improve your balance, focus and strength. Classes are designed to get you moving with focus on your breath whilst challenging yourself physically. Classes are structured to provide a whole body workout, encouraging you to tap into your abilities, guiding you through movements and poses at the studio or in the comfort of your home. Different level options will be given throughout practice.

Morning Yoga Saturdays 10:00-11:00hrs – class starting October 10th

Morning Yoga classes offer gentle stretches and basic yoga movements and postures as well as breathing exercises (pranayama) to get you started for your day. Suitable for anyone with little or no yoga experience or anyone wanting to get back to basics.
