Always having been passionate about health and fitness and trained in yoga, group fitness, TRX functional training, Pilates Barre, gymnastics, ballet and modern dance, I teach yoga with the aim to share my passion for a healthy and mindful lifestyle to make people more aware of the positive effects yoga can have on one’s life, body, mind and soul.
An avid believer in life-long learning I continue to study and deepen my knowledge and understanding of yogic philosophy and how it translates to modern-day life and have attended additional special trainings in:

Power Yoga classes are taught Vinyasa Flow style, a type of yoga coordinating flowing movement with breath establishing a deeper body – mind connection. Whilst relaxing the mind and encouraging a deeper connection with the inner self, classes also aim to provide a full body workout to achieve much sought after overall physical and mental balance in life.
During class modification options will always be given to help students find their individual level of intensity and suit different requirements.
If you always wanted to try yoga but think you are not fit, flexible or relaxed enough reserve your space on the mat. Yoga is easy, adaptable and so good for the body, mind and soul! The rest will come with practice.
