How about this easy to prepare (it only takes 2 minutes and can be prepared ahead of time) mid-morning snack to nourish your body and replenish your energy?
1 cup low fat Greek yogurt
1 cup frozen berries
Few mint leaves according to taste
Blend until smooth
Optional: add cold low-fat milk or crushed ice or for thinner consistency.
The protein in the yogurt will keep you going until lunch whilst the berries add a dose of vitamins and antioxidants to your nutrition.
Who says healthy nutrition has to be boring or bland?
